Shipping
We offer Australia-wide delivery for a flat rate of $15.
For customers in the local Wagga area, delivery is free. We also offer local pickup from the studio.
Gifts containing alcohol are available for delivery only and cannot be collected from the studio.
The recipient must be 18 years or older to receive a gift containing alcohol.
Age verification may be required upon delivery.
Local delivery
Orders received before 12pm will be delivered that afternoon. Orders received after 12pm will be delivered the following day.
Australia-wide delivery
Orders are usually delivered within 2-5 business days from date of dispatch.
Express Australia-wide delivery
Additional fee of $10 and orders are usually delivered within 1-2 business days.

If something isn't quite right, please get in touch and we’ll be happy to help.
Change of Mind
As our hampers and gifts are carefully selected and packed, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.
This includes choosing the wrong product, ordering by mistake or deciding that you no longer require your purchase.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
We take great care when packing every order. If your order arrives damaged, faulty or you have received an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible at gatheredandgiftedwagga@gmail.com with your order number and photographs of the issue.
We will assess the issue and work with you to provide an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, refund or other solution depending on the circumstances.
If your order has been damaged during delivery, please keep the packaging and take photographs of both the packaging and damaged items to assist us in resolving the issue.
